• Maintain and develop the sales planning database (CentrIS)
• Consolidate actual sales, daily sales, and forecasts
• Create base prices in SAP for new items and support the delisting process
• Train new team members on sales planning tools
• Create standard and ad-hoc reports for business analysis (sell-in / sell-out)
• Provide clear business drivers and actionable insights
• Support Category Planning managers with in-depth promo analysis
• Guide Key Account Managers to improve sales forecasts
• Identify customer dynamics, opportunities, and risks to sales plans
• Coordinate the sales forecast process and support Sales and Demand Planning Teams
• Lead demand review meetings to ensure realistic and ambitious forecasts
• Participate in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for Customer and PPG in Switzerland
• Support Category Planning at PPG level to drive and support AC Volume & NR targets through clear analysis
• Identify short- and mid-term growth potentials and develop measures for success
• Work with global project teams to implement new planning tools for Switzerland

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or similar in a relevant field (e.g., economics, data management)
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in data analytics or sales front/back office
• Expert in MS Excel, Power BI, and sales planning tools
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Commercial and sales mindset

• Able to handle and resolve multiple queries quickly and calmly
