• Manage the approval process of incoming supplier invoices in Tangro for three legal entities
• Record suppliers' invoices and purchase orders in SAP
• Maintain vendor master data, including new vendors and bank account changes
• Perform weekly payment runs and submit them for approval in online banking
• Review and control travel and entertainment expense reports
• Maintain and review the petty cash register for two legal entities
• Manage requests sent to finance emails
• Reconcile specific general ledger accounts monthly
• Look for improvements in processes and activities
• Support the Finance team with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
• Handle digitalization and archiving of old hard copies
