Deine Aufgaben

  • Design and optimize components, assemblies, and systems, considering technical, scheduling, and financial factors based on customer needs
  • Create 3D models of components and assemblies with CAD, including surface modelling for casting parts
  • Create and correct 2D drawings with GD&T
  • Generate 3D visualizations to clarify technical content and prepare technical presentations
  • Perform basic component calculations using FEM and analytical methods
  • Manage PLM tasks, including BOM creation and lifecycle promotion
  • Work closely with project teams and component suppliers to clarify technical properties and support component development
  • Contribute to FMEA activities
  • Act as the component referent for selected components across all engine platforms

Was du mitbringst

  • Completed university or technical college studies in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Manufacturing
  • Experience in design within a combustion engine-related field
  • Basic technical knowledge of combustion engines and simulation results
  • Ability to perform surface modelling using CAD
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, PTC Creo, and PLM Albatros
  • Autonomous, committed, and strong organizational skills
  • Flexible, resilient, and enjoy working in a multicultural environment
  • Innovative and goal-oriented approach
  • Fluent in French; ideally with good knowledge of English and German
