• Analyze customer claims and lead problem-solving projects using quality methods and tools like Shainin, 5 WHY, and 8D.
• Track actions, coordinate Quality Rooms, and lead 8D meetings, challenging root cause analysis.
• Provide regular feedback to management and escalate serious complaints and issues.
• Organize and deliver training on problem-solving methodology and promote knowledge sharing within the company.
• Monitor and track all necessary Customer Quality KPIs using dashboards.
• Organize and lead customer meetings and visits.
• Ensure non-reoccurrence and share lessons learned by updating FMEA, design rules, and change management processes.
• Conduct reliability and statistical analysis to predict future field issues using methods such as Weibull.

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.
• Strong experience in quality methods and tools.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical and quality fields, including 3 years in customer quality and continuous improvement.
• Completed specific training in quality (e.g., 8D, VDA6.3, Six Sigma, SHAININ, ISO 9001).
• Proficient in French (C2) and English (C1); German is an asset (B1).
