Join a dedicated team of fund administration specialists and help provide quality service to a growing client base in the private equity sector. You will receive individual onboarding and have opportunities to develop your professional skills while working with colleagues from around the world.

• Process investment capital calls and distributions, and confirm wire payments
• Maintain the Treasury System with internal and external data
• Work with external parties such as general partners and banks
• Support the inbound data processing team
• Handle incoming documents related to investments, including filing and uploading
• Assist with data clean-up in systems and file documents
• Manage centralized email inboxes
• Take on other ad-hoc duties as needed

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or higher degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
• At least two years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, preferably in funds and/or treasury
• Experience in payment processing, treasury, and call-backs is a plus
• Working proficiency in English (written and spoken); German skills are an asset
• Precise, accurate, and eager to learn
• Team player with strong social skills who enjoys a dynamic work environment
