Your tasks
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations
- Manage the store when the Store Manager is away
- Lead by example to create a great in-store customer experience
- Motivate, mentor, and coach sales associates
- Help train and onboard new team members
- Coordinate day-to-day store activities
- Ensure food safety and health & safety regulations are followed
- Place weekly and seasonal orders and manage stock levels
- Schedule staff to optimise customer service and control costs
- Oversee stockroom storage and care, using FIFO methods
- Maintain store appearance according to brand guidelines
What you bring
- Experience in a similar role in a premium or luxury retail store
- Enjoy interacting with customers
- Lead by example with a hands-on attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for customer experience
- Understand and use retail KPIs like conversion rate and ATV
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and solutions-focused mindset
- Ambitious and results driven
- Proven ability to develop and grow a team and business
- Well organised, detail oriented, and able to multi-task
- Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks effectively
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Proficient with MS Office and POS systems
- Excellent English communication skills (other languages a plus)
- Passionate about chocolate and fine food
