Deine Aufgaben

  • Define and develop the vision and roadmap for the Digital Ecosystem, connecting consumer, customer, and employee experiences using shared data and platforms.
  • Position a multi-category Digital Ecosystem to support AI-enabled direct-to-consumer models and future innovations.
  • Guide the transition from current capabilities to a scalable future model, balancing continuity, risk, and change.
  • Shape the integration of user experience, CRM, content, and AI features for seamless, mobile-first journeys.
  • Lead capability assessments and external benchmarking to guide investment and align with best practices.
  • Oversee global delivery of the Digital Ecosystem proof of concept, ensuring cross-functional coordination and success.
  • Translate strategy into outcomes by working closely with Marketing & Sales, Business Technology Services, Digital & IT, and regional teams.
  • Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies to keep delivery on track with business goals.
  • Capture learnings from proof of concept and apply them to scalable design for wider rollout.
  • Promote a data-driven, consumer-journey mindset and embed accountability for experience quality across teams.
  • Act as the strategic connector across business and technology teams to align priorities and resources.
  • Engage senior stakeholders and encourage shared ownership of results.
  • Provide direction to external partners and vendors for quality and value.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, technology standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Advise on service models, capability ownership, and resource allocation for scalability and efficiency.
  • Oversee budgets and vendor partnerships, ensuring disciplined execution and alignment with strategy.

Was du mitbringst

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field; business education or equivalent commercial experience also required.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in digital, technology, or IT with eCommerce roles, including senior leadership with people and budget responsibility, preferably in multinational organizations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, MarTech, eCommerce, and data platforms for end-to-end consumer experiences.
  • Proven experience leading large cross-functional digital or eCommerce initiatives across consumer, customer, and internal domains, ideally in FMCG or similar industries.
  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled digital features like personalization, automation, and decision support, with the ability to turn new technologies into business value.
  • Experience working in global-to-local environments, aligning global platforms with regional needs.
  • Excellent English communication skills for engaging senior business and technology stakeholders.
