Join a skilled team where you lead and coordinate Electricians and Cabin Installation Technicians to deliver high-quality aircraft completion projects. You make sure every project runs smoothly, meets top standards, and follows all safety rules. This role follows a late work schedule, Monday to Thursday, from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

• Supervise and motivate up to 18 technicians, building a strong and efficient team
• Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and check that all work meets quality standards
• Work closely with engineers, quality inspectors, and suppliers to keep projects on track
• Make sure all work follows project guidelines and regulatory standards
• Keep the work area clean and safe, following all environmental and safety rules
• Act as the main contact for solving issues and sharing updates with the team
• Manage team workloads and schedules to meet deadlines
• Lead regular team discussions, give feedback, and support team development
• Share important company news with the team and collect feedback

• Leadership skills with experience resolving conflicts
• Background in project management, including budgeting and scheduling
• Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance documentation
• Familiarity with FOCA, EASA, FAA, and other regulatory processes
• Understanding of KPIs and performance metrics
• Good with MS Office and experience using SAP ERP or similar tools
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher); French or German is a plus
• Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills
