You lead our In-store Fulfilment Operations Team and make sure our processes run smoothly and efficiently. You help manage orders, coordinate shipments, and improve warehouse operations to meet and exceed customer needs. You use your strong leadership and organizational skills to guide your team every day.

• Work with your team to secure the highest goods availability and operational readiness.
• Lead and motivate your team to reach daily targets and performance goals.
• Identify, recruit, keep, and develop the talents in your team.
• Make sure daily Fulfilment (Logistic) operations are effective, high-quality, and efficient.
• Keep the working environment clean, organized, and safe.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track performance, find areas to improve, and drive excellence.

• Experience in logistics or a related field, with at least two years in a leadership or coordinator role.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team to achieve goals.
• Good knowledge of retail and/or fulfilment operations processes, tools, and methods.
• Understanding of budgets, costs, and KPIs for planning and management.
• Ability to handle change in a fast-moving omnichannel environment.
• Clear and targeted communication skills in French (C1 level, mandatory) and English with different people in many situations.
