You lead a team focused on global product life cycle management for RF-Components and RF-Cable, driving solutions in mobility, communication, and safety. You shape strategies, guide your team, and help deliver top products in a competitive market.

• Lead a Product Management Team of nine Product Managers
• Analyze market, customer, and competitor information to find trends and opportunities
• Define and prioritize target markets, segments, buyers, and users, including buying decision processes
• Monitor key market drivers like technology changes and regulations
• Own and maintain Product Books covering customer focus, sustainability, roadmaps, and competitor overview
• Start and guide competitive research, using feedback from Sales and other channels
• Develop new product ideas with cross-functional teams, especially R&D
• Create strong product propositions, variants, and application scenarios for different segments
• Build business cases with forecasts and financial analysis to support investments
• Develop and implement product and portfolio strategies, including positioning, roadmaps, and release planning
• Manage project and product portfolio with the gatekeeper community, in line with business strategy
• Define pricing strategies and lead IN/OUT licensing approaches
• Track and review product performance using KPIs like revenue, margins, market share, and supply chain performance
• Support the organization with requirements management, product rollout, training, and supply chain setup
• Support go-to-market, launch, and sales activities with product communication, training, and sales support

• At least 10 years of global leadership in Product Management, with strong market and application knowledge for RF/CA (High frequency Cable Assembly) products
• Experience in industrial companies
• Deep product knowledge of RF (High frequency) components and understanding of the competitive landscape
• Technical expertise in RF/CA manufacturing processes and related production technologies
• Advanced knowledge in high and radio frequency technology, RFCA product design and industrialization (CAD, simulation, modelling, testing), and interface to production engineering
• Experience with measurement technologies and market-specific verification, validation, and compliance procedures, especially for automotive applications
• Understanding of market- and country-specific compliance requirements, including export control and qualification processes
• Innovation-driven mindset and experience in global coordination of product and technology development
• Strong project management and leadership skills, including people leadership and line supervision
• Good understanding of the supplier landscape for raw materials, processing technologies, and measurement equipment
• Knowledge of sales channels, distribution networks, and pricing policies
• Ability to manage the full marketing mix (product, price, promotion, place) across product lines
• Experience in product life cycle management with focus on quality and sustainability
• Excellent communication skills for diverse, multicultural, and cross-functional audiences
• Entrepreneurial, resilient, and adaptable personality able to manage change and perform under pressure
• Professional working language skills in English and German (German: minimum B2 level)
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office / O365, PDM, ERP systems)
