• Develop and use user-focused digital adoption strategies to improve user experience and support lasting adoption of digital tools
• Check user needs, collect feedback, and review usage data to find and remove barriers to digital adoption
• Keep people, company culture, and inclusion at the center of all digital transformation efforts
• Design and run digital training and enablement programs using different learning styles
• Encourage hands-on learning, social learning, and self-service learning across the company
• Support change management and give ongoing help for new tools and workflows
• Work closely with IT and business teams to make sure new tools are rolled out smoothly
• Track adoption and training results, gather insights, and keep improving adoption and enablement activities

• Strong interest in continuous learning, digital adoption, and new training methods
• Degree in Education, IT, Business Administration, or a similar field
• Experience creating and delivering digital training or enablement programs
• Good understanding of digital tools and technologies in a business setting
• Clear communication and presentation skills, including in virtual meetings
• Analytical thinking and ability to measure training success using data
• Experience with e-learning platforms and LMS solutions
• Organizational skills and ability to handle several projects at once
