You play a key role as a global business partner, supporting the Industry Segment leadership team with accurate analyses and recommendations. You help drive growth and long-term success by delivering insights that support both operational and strategic decisions. As a proactive member of the business team, you help shape the future of the Industry Segment.

• Analyze operational results and monitor financial performance of the Industry Segment
• Identify deviations from budget or previous year and address corrective actions
• Track implementation plans and measure improvements
• Prepare periodical reports and organize business and budget review meetings
• Drive financial business planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Segment
• Provide business analysis, cost calculations, inventory turn, and ad hoc analyses
• Prepare investment decisions and manage the Capex approval process according to Delegation of Authority
• Collaborate closely with Segment, Corporate Controlling, and Company Controlling
• Run production controlling activities for Radio-Frequency Technology at the Herisau production site, including defining cost standard accounting
• Support business units, market, and sales teams in financial decision making
• Interact with the global site controller community
• Serve as a member of the Industry Segment management team, technology & operations management team, and collaborate with Segment COO and Group CFO

• Higher education (Master, University) in Business or Finance Management
• More than 8 years of proven controlling experience in an international manufacturing industrial group; experience in high-mix, low-volume environment is an advantage
• Leadership experience is a plus
• High IT knowledge, especially SAP S/4 (FI, CO, MM, PP), Power BI, and Office applications
• Professional proficiency in English; German is very beneficial
• Active drive to develop finance processes and tools in close cooperation with the business
• Intercultural competence, positive mindset, and hands-on attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication across all organizational levels
• Willingness to actively shape business development together with the Segment management team
