You make sure our development projects follow strong quality planning in line with AS/EN 9145 and our own standards. You are the voice of quality in project teams, helping to launch products smoothly and keep customers happy. You guide teams to use key quality tools and make sure customer needs are understood, met, and checked throughout the product lifecycle.
Deine Aufgaben
- Ensure APQP is used in projects, focusing on aerospace rules (AS/EN 9145) and meeting customer and internal standards
- Carry out and oversee APQP, PPAP, and FAIR tasks, including keeping records
- Lead and guide FMEA activities (DFMEA & PFMEA)
- Join product launch decisions as part of a team
- Support space programs with product assurance and document checks
- Use SAP, CIMdb, and data systems for clear and traceable records
- Handle requirement changes during projects and the product lifecycle
- Check quality performance, spot trends, and suggest improvements
- Manage non-conformities in prototype and pre-launch phases
- Work with internal teams and global partners
- Perform internal audits and help with external audits
Was du mitbringst
- Technical background and at least 5 years of experience in quality management in aerospace or defense
- Knowledge of APQP and PPAP as per AS/EN 9145
- Experience with ISO 9001, AS/EN 9100
- Experience in prototype production, PPAP/FAIR releases, and handling complaints
- Strong skills in 8D, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA
- Familiar with CAQ, PLM, ERP systems, and MS Office
- Can read technical drawings and documents
- Fluent in English and German
- Excellent planning, organization, and analysis skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Can work under pressure and handle change
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive, creative, and solution-focused
- Willing to travel sometimes
