Join a cross-functional team to lead the development of advanced direct fastening systems. You work closely with customers and partners to create innovative solutions that make fastening easier, more efficient, and more productive. This full-time role starts on 1st March 2026 and does not require travel.

• Lead the technical development of direct fastening systems from idea to maturity
• Work with end customers to understand their needs and improve product design for ergonomics, usability, and productivity
• Build technology strategies and product roadmaps to drive results
• Set up, motivate, and guide technical teams throughout the development process
• Collaborate with internal and external partners and key stakeholders
• Assess technical maturity and risk profiles of solutions
• Bring a proactive, hands-on, and can-do attitude to achieve excellent results

• Completed university degree (Master or PhD) in mechanical engineering or a similar field
• Enjoy developing technical solutions and leading technical teams with a hands-on approach
• Ability to promote your work through effective stakeholder management
• Ideally, at least 2 years of experience in product development and team management
• Strong team player with self-confidence in team and management discussions
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working in a global matrix environment
• Fluent in spoken and written English; German is a plus
