Deine Aufgaben

  • Manage the Hilti Foundation's social media presence, including editorial planning, content calendars, and publishing on all channels.
  • Develop engaging formats, series, and campaigns that show our mission and programs in a clear and accessible way.
  • Create content for different platforms, using video, visuals, and text to tell compelling digital stories while keeping our tone and visual style consistent.
  • Produce and share short-form, social-first content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Grow and engage our online community through active moderation and meaningful interactions.
  • Monitor how content performs and use insights to improve storytelling, formats, and publishing.
  • Work closely with program teams, communications colleagues, and external partners, including briefing and coordinating creators or production partners.
  • Help keep website content and other digital channels up to date, making sure our stories are consistent everywhere.
  • Travel sometimes for projects, events, or partner visits to capture real stories or work with local creators on site.

Was du mitbringst

  • Several years of experience in social media, with a background in content creation and strong knowledge of platform-native storytelling.
  • Ability to independently manage social media channels, including planning, content development, and performance monitoring.
  • Experience working with external creators, freelancers, or agencies to brief and ensure high-quality content.
  • Hands-on experience in content production (video, photography, or editing), with knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere or similar software as a strong plus.
  • Passion for storytelling, understanding platform trends, and keeping a consistent tone of voice and brand style.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
