- Lead and support the development of our AI strategy and help put it into action.
- Improve current processes by adding AI features to boost efficiency.
- Oversee and build AI features, like content creation tools and chatbots.
- Deliver new features for systems used by both customers and staff.
- Be a main part of our digital transformation journey.
Was du mitbringst
- Completed degree in computer science or similar (FH, University, ETH).
- At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer, ideally with backend (Python or Java).
- Strong knowledge of large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic design patterns, generative AI, Model Context Protocol, and machine learning.
- Deep understanding of modern software architectures and best practices.
- Experience building and running scalable AI systems from start to finish.
- Proven experience developing and integrating enterprise applications and solutions.
- Knowledge of DevOps (Kubernetes), databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), GCP, API gateways (like Apigee), and Pub-Sub technologies (Kafka or similar) is a plus.
- Fluent English skills (spoken and written) are required; German and other languages are a plus.
- Proactive, team-oriented, responsible, and strong communication skills.
