Take the lead in shaping the product strategy and roadmap for innovative digital printing solutions in the pharmaceutical packaging industry. You will drive both the strategic direction and hands-on execution of product management, making a real impact on portfolio success and business growth.

• Define and drive the portfolio strategy and multi-year roadmap in line with business goals, market trends, and technology developments
• Lead portfolio optimization, including lifecycle management, cost efficiency, and profitability improvement
• Establish and manage Voice of Customer and Voice of Market processes, turning insights into product requirements and business cases
• Standardize product management practices, governance, and performance tracking
• Lead end-to-end product launches, ensuring cross-functional readiness and execution
• Define and track launch success metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Work closely with R&D and key stakeholders to prioritize development and ensure effective execution across the product lifecycle
• Lead governance processes to support alignment and decision-making
• Lead and develop the Product Management team, ensuring clear roles, strong collaboration, and capability building

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced business qualification is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or business development in machinery-oriented markets
• Fluency in English and German
• Team leadership experience is strongly preferred
• Experience in both inbound (VoC/VoM, requirements, business cases) and outbound (go-to-market, launches/NPI) product management
• Solid technical understanding of industrial technologies such as automation, digital printing, packaging equipment, or mechatronics
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a structured environment (e.g., NPI, stage-gate)
• Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
• Ability to set priorities, drive accountability, and work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Experience in healthcare/pharma is required; experience in consumer packaging is a plus
• Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship or a valid residence and work permit for Switzerland is required
