You help create and edit video and photo content for marketing, employer branding, and social media. You make sure our brand looks good everywhere and work closely with our team to keep our messaging clear and engaging. You support our LinkedIn presence and stay updated on new content trends. You act customer centric and sometimes travel to meet customers and attend events.

  • Produce and edit video content like product tutorials, interviews, and event coverage.
  • Conduct photoshoots for marketing and employer branding.
  • Ensure consistent visual storytelling that matches our brand and company identity.
  • Manage multimedia equipment and maintain asset libraries.
  • Track performance, engagement, and respond to audience interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep messaging, tone, and visuals consistent.
  • Plan, publish, and monitor engaging content on LinkedIn.
  • Align visual content with campaign goals and share creative ideas.
  • Adapt long-form materials into short-form content for digital channels.
  • Stay up to date with content trends, video formats, and platform best practices.
  • Help grow the team’s creative and technical skills.
  • Act customer centric and travel to customers, stakeholders, and events (5-10% travel).

Was du mitbringst

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in video and photo production, social media content creation, and platform management (preferably in B2B or technical environments).
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) or similar tools.
  • Good understanding of LinkedIn and other social platforms' best practices for organic and paid content.
  • Strong storytelling skills to make complex ideas clear and engaging.
  • Excellent eye for detail in visual design and messaging.
  • Experience using AI platforms for content creation, like Synthesia.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing metrics is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
