You help customers move their projects to production at scale by solving technical blockers and leading technical execution for complex cloud workloads. You work with teams to make sure projects run smoothly and customers get the most value from Google Cloud.

• Develop and manage a complete deployment plan with customer and partner teams.
• Onboard implementation teams and clear technical blockers.
• Manage project timelines and track progress.
• Make sure teams are ready with capacity and training.
• Use coding, debugging, and systems design skills to solve technical issues and speed up deployment.
• Move customers quickly from agreement to using Google Cloud solutions.
• Drive ongoing product usage so customers see value and want to renew agreements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience in a technical domain like Infrastructure, GKE, Data Engineering, or Cloud AI.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Preferred: Experience with AI Infrastructure, GKE, or Data Engineering.
• Preferred: Experience working with product and capacity teams to solve technical and capacity blockers.
• Preferred: Experience with SRE principles or Incident Response protocols.
• Preferred: Experience with object-oriented programming languages like Python or Java.
• Preferred: Experience with automation and deployment tools such as Google Cloud Foundation Toolkit.
