• Take responsibility for integrated software, digital, and AI-based products
• Develop and implement product strategies for these solutions
• Manage the full product lifecycle from idea to phase-out
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to find new business opportunities
• Create product roadmaps and business cases with internal teams
• Work closely with development, sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure products are successful
• Own product positioning and go-to-market strategies
• Oversee program management for development projects in your area
• Communicate and present strategic decisions to management and steering committees
• Negotiate confidently with internal and external stakeholders and partners

• Completed degree in industrial engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a similar field
• At least five years of experience in product management for software, digital, or AI-based products
• Strong knowledge of agile methods and modern product development processes
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and business thinking skills
• Great communication skills and experience working with international teams
• Business-fluent in German and English
