• Lead interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, resource needs, and high-level timelines
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets (OPEX & CAPEX), risks, and market launch strategies
• Communicate clearly and on time with all stakeholder groups
• Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to scope, quality, cost, and milestones
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues proactively
• Oversee and prioritize project tasks, ensuring clear responsibilities and timely execution
• Manage project changes and evaluate impacts on time, cost, and quality
• Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance with global standards, the innovation framework, and stage-gate processes

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• 4–6 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in a similar project management role
• Solid knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project); PMI certification is a plus
• Ability to work independently, challenge objectives constructively, and drive results in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with R&D, production, purchasing, quality, and other cross-functional partners
• Professional command of English and German
