You help manage and improve the SAP FSM Solution, working with different back-end systems like SAP ECC CS, non-SAP ERP systems, and S/4HANA Service Management in the future. You make sure the SAP FSM application runs well, handle changes, and fix tickets for Key Users. You work closely with many teams and partners to keep everything running smoothly and up to date.

• Manage the technical setup and running of the SAP FSM Solution with different connected systems, including SAP ECC CS, non-SAP ERP, and S/4HANA Service Management
• Take care of the SAP FSM application, handle change requests, and provide 2nd level support
• Fix tickets for Key Users and make sure the system is stable and works well
• Work as a Business Partner with many Stakeholders such as Customer Service leaders, Business Process Owners, Key Users, ERP Experts, External Partners, SAP, and IT teams
• Write and update technical documents
• Add to the solution database to help fix 1st level support tickets faster
• Follow process rules, security best practices, and GDPR guidelines

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, IT, or Engineering
• Experience with SAP FSM
• Knowledge of SAP ECC CS, S/4HANA Service Management, and SAP Service Cloud is a plus
• Proven experience as a consultant for full SAP FSM implementation and integration with back-end systems
• Experience with FSM Cloud Connector (proaxia FSM Cloud Connector) and integration with SAP ECC CS and/or S/4HANA
• Strong skills in interface technology (EAI, CPI, etc.)
• Knowledge of Customer Service processes in Engineering Machinery and Component Industry is an asset
• Excellent English (spoken and written), used almost all the time; French, German, Italian, or Chinese is a plus
