  • Define and lead the global digital business strategy to match company goals
  • Find, build, and grow digital business models, platforms, and new ways to earn money
  • Lead digital changes in marketing, sales, CRM, e-commerce, and customer engagement
  • Own the digital roadmap and portfolio, set priorities, and track how things perform
  • Work with IT, Marketing, Sales, and partners to turn business needs into digital solutions
  • Set up rules and best practices for digital products, platforms, and services
  • Drive new ideas through market research, pilot projects, and working with digital partners and startups
  • Track and improve digital results like revenue, adoption, conversion, customer experience, and ROI
  • Build and lead project teams and online groups for digital projects
  • Advise senior leaders on digital strategy and new opportunities
  • Help local teams use and grow digital solutions
  • Support digital learning and change management in the company

Was du mitbringst

  • University degree in Business Administration, Digital Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or similar
  • Experience in MedTech and/or dental industry
  • Over 8 years in digital business, digital transformation, or commercial digital roles in a regulated or B2B setting
  • Proven success in building and growing digital products, platforms, or business models
  • Strong knowledge of digital ecosystems, CRM, marketing automation, data-driven business models, and e-commerce
  • Experience working with different teams and managing global stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills with hands-on attitude
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English and German (other languages are a plus)
  • Strong skills in managing stakeholders and influencing senior management
  • Willing to travel (20%)
