• Lead strategic communication for key program deliverables, including the annual report and Phase III Outline Proposal.
• Coordinate input across projects, synthesize insights, and create clear narratives about achievements and future potential.
• Ensure smooth communication between NCCR Catalysis members, governance bodies, and institutional stakeholders.
• Frame funding instruments and initiatives into clear stories that show their impact and support program growth.
• Support international visibility and help build institutional collaborations.
• Work closely with the Communication & Events Officer to keep strategic messaging consistent.

• Doctorate (Dr. Sc.) in chemical sciences or a related field.
• Experience in coordination, strategic communication, and scientific or technical writing.
• Proactive and enjoy teamwork.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable working across different topics.
• Open to learning and using digital tools for communication, coordination, and reporting.
• Willing to work within existing communication styles and help develop them further.
