Deine Aufgaben

  • Find and win new customers in offshore energy and defense, guiding them from first contact to closing sales deals
  • Lead and support contract negotiations, taking responsibility for successful deal closure
  • Represent our advanced products during customer visits, online meetings, international trade shows, and on-site demonstrations
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and share industry insights with the team
  • Help create market- and customer-specific sales strategies, such as working with resellers, agencies, and distributors
  • Develop customized proposals together with engineering and executive management

Was du mitbringst

  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with advanced technology products, ideally with a strong network in offshore energy and defense
  • Proven success in tech sales
  • Excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and intercultural competence
  • Technical understanding and interest in complex systems, especially in robotics, sensor technology, or maritime technologies (engineering degree is a plus)
  • Experience managing sales funnels, preferably using HubSpot
  • Fluent in professional English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
  • Flexible and able to travel nationally and internationally at short notice
  • Driver's license required
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced start-up and in challenging outdoor conditions
  • Bonus: Deep market knowledge, hands-on offshore experience, maritime or robotics sales experience, offshore certification (GWO/BOSIET or similar)
