• Experience analyzing GPS tracks
• Strong data-handling skills
• Ability to use R (required), and preferably Python and/or GIS
• Knowledge of statistical and causal inference
• PhD in a related field, or equivalent research experience
• Teamwork, problem-solving, and self-organization skills
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with travel behaviour or urban mobility data (desired)
• Good German language skills (at least B2, desired)
• Experience collecting data (like questionnaires or measurements, desired)
• Experience building networks with stakeholders or drafting policy recommendations (desired)
