Deine Aufgaben
- Create visually engaging content for print and digital platforms, such as reports, brochures, social media, infographics, and presentations
- Support the design and layout of marketing and communication materials following brand guidelines
- Help maintain visual consistency across all communication channels
- Develop infographics and visual explainers for technical topics and projects
- Design and produce digital assets for the website, email campaigns, and social media
- Support the creation of short videos, animations, or motion graphics for campaigns and events
- Edit photos and videos to improve communication materials
- Assist in managing and updating visual content on digital platforms
- Help ensure the consistent application of the organization’s brand identity
- Work with the Communications and Events teams to produce materials for internal and external events, such as banners, signage, and presentation templates
- Stay updated on design trends and new digital tools to improve visual communication
Was du mitbringst
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field
- Strong skills in design and media software like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
- Good understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color
- Ability to turn technical or abstract ideas into clear, visual stories
- Proficiency in German and English (speaking, writing, reading)
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Desirable: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website content management systems (like WebFlow)
- Desirable: Experience with social media content creation and scheduling tools
