- Carry out food processing trials using advanced equipment in two pilot plants
- Coordinate research efforts within the team and with external partners
- Integrate nutrition, health, and sustainability aspects into research projects
- Use analytical methods to assess product quality, such as nutritional profile, bioaccessibility, and imaging
Was du mitbringst
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Food Science, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, or a related field
- Excellent academic record
- Advanced knowledge in food processing
- Strong communication and writing skills
- High self-motivation
- Openness to interdisciplinary work and a flexible mindset
- Interest in engineering, food technology, and sustainability
- Experience with extrusion, disintegration, or preservation technologies, project management, or nutrition is a plus
