You take charge of operational excellence, reliability, security, and delivery for Industrial IT systems and projects in a high-tech manufacturing setting. You plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple initiatives while making sure daily operations run smoothly and systems evolve in line with business and manufacturing needs.

• Lead, support, and develop the IT Operations team so everyone can perform well over time
• Set clear goals, build trust, and manage workload for strong team performance
• Keep Manufacturing Execution Systems (ISA-95 Level 3) and equipment integration systems (Level 2) stable, secure, and reliable in a production-critical environment
• Define, put in place, and enforce IT Operations governance, including incident, problem, and change management
• Make sure responsibilities and interfaces between ISA-95 layers, MES (L3), automation systems (L2), and business systems (L4) are clear
• Act as the main contact for Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality on MES, shopfloor IT, and equipment integration topics
• Manage several operational IT projects at once for manufacturing systems, ensuring prioritization, capacity management, risk control, and on-time delivery using PMI and Agile methods
• Review and challenge technical and architectural choices for software, interfaces, and infrastructure with the IT Architect
• Centralize and organize operational communication and change requests
• Manage and monitor external partners and system integrators for MES and equipment integration, making sure they meet service agreements, quality, and cost targets
• Find and address operational and delivery risks for manufacturing systems and drive improvements to reduce incidents, downtime, and technical debt

• Engineering degree or Master's in Computer Science or a related technical field (required)
• Formal training in project management and Agile delivery, shown by PMI and Agile certifications
• At least 15 years of IT experience, including work in industrial and manufacturing environments
• Strong background in IT Operations for production-critical systems
• Clear understanding of ISA-95 responsibilities and interfaces across manufacturing systems (L3), automation (L2), and equipment (L1)
• Technical skills in software development, system integration, and cloud/hybrid architectures
• Experience managing multiple operational IT projects, balancing delivery, stability, and capacity
• Proven ability to lead and grow technical teams in high-pressure, production-critical settings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional fluency in French is required; German is an advantage
