  • Develop and carry out the technology strategy and roadmap focused on blockchain and AI innovations.
  • Design and manage secure, scalable infrastructure for blockchain integrations, smart contracts, and data analytics.
  • Build and lead a high-performing engineering team that values innovation and technical excellence in crypto-economics.
  • Make sure the team follows regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Stay up to date on new technologies in blockchain, DeFi, and cryptocurrency markets to keep the company competitive.
  • Represent the company’s technical vision at investor and industry events.
  • Manage the technology budget, expenses, and business sustainability.
  • Keep security protocols strong to protect company and client data.
  • Work with strategic vendors and support third-party integrations for fund operations.

  • 5+ years of experience in technology roles at crypto-native companies, centralized exchanges, investment funds, or related engineering positions.
  • Experience with crypto and onchain protocols, smart contracts, protocol development, and custody.
  • Proven skills in management, hiring, and people development.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for blockchain and crypto technologies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with independent and flexible thinking.
  • Ability to work in a careful and detail-oriented way.
  • Willing to be based in Zug most of the time.
  • Integrity, humility, curiosity, honesty, and clear communication.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Nice-to-have: Strong quantitative, modeling, and analytical skills.
