You help make our summer camp a warm, safe, and exciting place for children aged 7-18 from around the world. You work closely with the Head of Summer Camp to create a caring and supportive atmosphere where campers can grow, make friends, and try new things. You bring energy, flexibility, and a positive attitude to every day, helping everyone feel included and inspired.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Work with the Head of Summer Camp to plan and improve the camp programme within the set budget
  • Help recruit campers and keep in touch with families and agencies
  • Support the hiring, training, and supervision of seasonal staff
  • Make sure campers are safe, healthy, and happy every day
  • Apply and check risk assessments, safety rules, and procedures
  • Help organise events, trips, and themed activities
  • Communicate clearly with parents, campers, and agencies
  • Stay updated on best practices in camp management and child development
  • Support with administrative and admissions tasks as needed

Was du mitbringst

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus and other languages are welcome
  • Strong IT skills and experience with CRM systems
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role or working with youth
  • Experience leading and motivating a team, ideally in a summer camp or similar setting
  • Experience working with children and young people
  • Experience in hospitality, events, or education is a plus
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to build relationships with people from many cultures
  • Can work independently and stay calm under pressure
  • Positive, dedicated, and warm personality
  • Flexible and creative when solving problems
