You lead a high-impact team that forms the backbone of our investment platform. Your work ensures our investment operations are efficient, accurate, and ready to grow across global markets. You support front-office teams and build strong partnerships with custodians and counterparties.

This senior role can be based in Minneapolis, Boston, London, Swindon, or Gurugram.

• Set and carry out the strategic direction for Investment Operations in line with company goals.
• Monitor worldwide regulations and evaluate their effect on products, workflows, and risk.
• Share operational strategy and priorities clearly with teams and senior leaders.
• Manage daily operations for many asset classes and investment vehicles, including new and complex products.
• Make sure all trades are confirmed, settled, and reconciled on time and accurately across global markets.
• Oversee cash management and derivatives processes to support portfolio managers and traders.
• Build and maintain a strong control framework to reduce risk.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all outside regulations.
• Lead system upgrades and improvements to support new strategies, regulations, and greater efficiency.
• Promote automation and process improvements to help the team scale and reduce manual work.
• Work with custodians, brokers, and partners to ensure high service and resolve any issues.
• Partner with teams in Investment Management, Compliance, Risk, and Technology.
• Manage budgets, find ways to save costs, and use resources wisely.
• Lead global and cross-team projects, delivering results on time and within budget.

• At least 10 years of experience in investment operations in asset management, banking, or financial services.
• Proven experience leading global teams and managing complex operations.
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, derivatives, cash management, and reconciliation.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks like SEC, CFTC, EMIR, MiFID.
• Experience with investment operations systems (such as Bloomberg, Aladdin, SWIFT).
• Excellent skills in communication, strategic thinking, and working with stakeholders.
• Ability to lead change, improve processes, and manage risk well.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or similar; advanced degree (MBA or CFA) preferred.

• Estimated base salary: $220,000 - $250,000 per year, with pay-for-performance philosophy.
• Eligible for bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives based on the role.
