Deine Aufgaben

  • Support project reporting by collecting and organising data on progress, plans, resources, and risks to help teams and leaders make informed decisions.
  • Maintain project documentation by keeping key documents accurate and up to date, ensuring changes are tracked and controlled.
  • Coordinate digital delivery activity by organising meetings, tracking actions, preparing agendas and minutes, and helping teams use tools and processes for smooth project delivery.

  • Experience supporting projects or programmes, such as helping with reporting, planning, organising tasks, or tracking risks and issues.
  • Ability to use digital tools confidently, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and (ideally) issue tracking or project management systems.
  • Experience working with a range of stakeholders, building positive working relationships and sharing information clearly in fast moving environments.
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK is required. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • Some roles may be subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
