• You design digital changes for top companies and make sure projects succeed by checking their digital skills and doing studies on what is possible.
• You analyze, build, and improve IT systems, using your knowledge of old and new tech like cloud and microservices.
• You lead small, agile teams to put IT plans into action, use new ways of working like DevOps and CI/CD, and make sure big needs like cyber resilience are met.

• You finished a degree in (business) informatics or a similar field.
• You have at least two years of experience in IT consulting or software development.
• It is a plus if you know about banking, insurance, or healthcare, or have worked on projects in these areas.
• Modern tech like machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics are tools you use, not just buzzwords.
• You have strong technical skills and are curious about new tech trends.
• You enjoy working in teams with people from different backgrounds and can travel when needed.
• You can explain and discuss complex topics in both German and English.

• Salary: CHF 105’000 - 130’000 per year
