- Build and keep strong partnerships with key decision-makers in hospitals, group practices, specialist centers, and more
- Act as an expert for the product portfolio and disease areas
- Analyze patient pathways to find unmet needs, challenges, and barriers to care
- Develop and carry out account plans for your region, making sure activities match the goals of the therapeutic area and bring value to patients and the healthcare system
- Use digital tools like CRM/Salesforce and Office applications for planning, engaging stakeholders, and tracking performance
Was du mitbringst
- Experience in specialty care (RHUM, PUL, IMMU preferred)
- Success in strategic account management and working with stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English and German; Italian is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ready to travel often within Switzerland (field-based role)
