Start your career in a fast-paced trading floor environment at a leading investment bank in Zurich. In this 24-month program, you will work closely with experts, grow your knowledge in investment banking, and contribute to the commercial goals of the Global Markets Division. Deine Aufgaben
- Support Credit Sales with daily tasks and client interactions
- Answer client inquiries on Bloomberg and by phone
- Stay informed on market trends, company news, and macro developments
- Attend trading and sales calls and monitor trading chats
- Follow relevant BNP research publications
- Manage primary market activities in multiple currencies, including collecting orders and confirming trades
- Set up clients on BNP systems and trading platforms, ensuring they receive relevant information
- Compile and distribute daily Bond Axe lists to clients
- Help prepare trade ideas to generate additional trading volumes
- Coordinate with trading centers in Zurich, London, New York, and Singapore
- Oversee post-trade processes such as booking, allocations, and confirmations
- Book trades and resolve settlement issues with Operations teams
- Network with other product desks and graduates to share knowledge
Was du mitbringst
- Completed or on track to complete a Bachelor or Master degree focused on Banking, Finance, or Economics (graduation within the last 2 years)
- Strong interest in Finance, Capital Markets, and the banking sector
- Preferably previous internship or work experience in trading, sales, asset management, capital markets, or research
- Excellent written and spoken German and English; French is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
- Ability to set priorities, stay flexible, and work well in a dynamic, international environment
- Organizational skills, analytical ability, solution-oriented, resilient, and a critical thinker
