You help colleagues solve technical problems and support them in a fast-moving environment. You are the first contact for our internal users and assist with small projects. You make sure our IT runs smoothly and efficiently, together with one team member. You support users in a pharmaceutical and biotechnology setting, where many systems follow GxP rules. You do not handle compliance yourself, but you understand the environment and get training in GxP topics for IT support.

• Handle support requests and help with hardware, software, and networks
• Fix problems with Windows, Office 365, printers, mobile devices, and business applications
• Send complex cases to other teams and update ITSM documentation
• Help with onboarding and offboarding, including setting up user accounts and devices
• Support IT projects and help ensure GxP compliance in regulated environments

• Experience in a similar IT support job, ideally in a regulated company
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking
• Familiar with ITIL processes and ticketing systems
• Good communication skills in English and German
• You are proactive, service-minded, and can work on your own
• Willing to learn about GxP
