You lead the delivery of IT services and operations for a global organization with about 500 employees. You manage 17 people in 3 teams and make sure IT systems, networks, and support run smoothly. You work hands-on and also think strategically to improve how IT helps the business. You help shape a new IT service model focused on standardization and efficiency, and you play a key role in important transformation projects.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Design, build, and manage IT service delivery for internal and external stakeholders, making sure services meet SLAs and KPIs
  • Plan and carry out infrastructure projects in the cloud
  • Work with IT leadership to create the IT Target operating model, including managed work, standardization, and automation
  • Act as the main contact for service issues, escalations, and performance reviews
  • Work closely with IT Security to put in place controls like firewalls and network access to protect cloud infrastructure and data
  • Lead service improvement projects and make sure customers are satisfied
  • Design and implement data storage, archiving, and disaster recovery solutions for cloud services
  • Coordinate with IT Operations and related teams
  • Work with vendors and third-party providers for hardware, software, and support
  • Mentor IT support and operations teams and keep team skills up to date
  • Work with business units to understand needs and align IT services
  • Promote a culture of accountability, improvement, and customer focus
  • Make sure IT policies, standards, and regulations are followed
  • Help with IT audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery planning
  • Keep documentation for operational procedures and service delivery
  • Monitor and report on service performance and improvements
  • Give insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data

Was du mitbringst

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5-10 years in IT service delivery, operations, or infrastructure management
  • At least 5 years leading one or more teams
  • Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation/Expert, PMP, ISO 20000, or similar
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Trusted leader and mentor with a focus on productivity and service quality
  • Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks and best practices in Service Delivery
  • Skilled in IT infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise systems
  • Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, SCCM, or similar
  • Experience with DevSecOps working model
  • Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus
