You manage the relationships with all external IT partners, service providers, and technology vendors. You make sure services meet our standards for quality, security, cost, compliance, and performance. You work closely with teams across the organization to keep services running smoothly and maintain a strong vendor network.

• Develop and improve the vendor management framework, including policies, governance, and lifecycle processes
• Drive vendor consolidation and support moving from staff augmentation to managed work approaches
• Lead the full vendor lifecycle: sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, contracting, performance management, renewal, and offboarding
• Ensure vendors meet information security and regulatory requirements, including audits and assessments
• Oversee contract negotiations with procurement for cost-effective, high-quality services
• Manage vendor budgeting, financial forecasting, spend tracking, and cost optimization
• Align contracts with legal, procurement, and compliance requirements
• Define service levels, KPIs, OLAs, and performance measures for all providers
• Conduct performance reviews, manage escalations, and create corrective action plans
• Ensure transparency of service quality with reporting and dashboards
• Work with IT Security Manager on vendor risk assessments and security audits
• Maintain a vendor risk register and ensure mitigation actions are taken
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, IT Security, Service Desk, IT Architecture, and Business Applications teams
• Act as the main contact for all key IT vendors and service providers
• Facilitate clear communication between vendors and AO stakeholders
• Engage business stakeholders for vendor strategy and service improvements
• Provide regular performance, financial, and risk reporting to IT Leadership
• Keep documentation, contracts, and vendor records up to date
• Contribute to IT strategic planning with insights on vendor capabilities and risks

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Extra training in negotiation, contract law, or financial management is a plus
• At least 4 years of experience in IT vendor management
• Experience managing complex vendor environments, including cloud, managed services, workplace, and infrastructure providers
• Experience in audit-driven and security-sensitive environments
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a strong asset
• Available to work at the Davos headquarters at least 3 full working days
• Strong skills in IT vendor management, contract negotiation, and commercial governance
• Excellent knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL), SLA models, and performance management
• Solid understanding of IT security, IAM, compliance standards, and risk management
• Experience with Microsoft license models (Azure, MS365)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex data
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and resolve issues collaboratively
