You help plan, lead, and deliver technology projects that make a difference in patient care. You make sure projects finish on time, within budget, and meet the goals of the organization. You work closely with different teams and partners, keeping everyone informed and projects on track.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Lead IT projects from start to finish, including software deployments, infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and system integrations.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Create and update detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Make sure project milestones and goals are met as agreed.
  • Drive the use of the ITSM Framework (Service Now).
  • Work with business owners, technical teams, and partners to set requirements and keep projects aligned.
  • Share updates, reports, and progress with all stakeholders and lead meetings.
  • Handle risks, issues, and changes early; manage escalations if needed.
  • Coordinate projects across different teams and departments.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and clear communication.
  • Guide and support your team for successful results.
  • Follow IT standards, security rules, and regulations.
  • Run risk checks and put solutions in place.
  • Lead acceptance testing, keep records, and make sure projects are handed over smoothly.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
  • Work with vendors if they are part of the project.

Was du mitbringst

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in IT project management or leading technology projects.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex IT projects.
  • Experience working with Service Now (ITSM).
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity basics.
  • Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Planner.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly organized and pays attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluency in German or other languages is a plus.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or similar. Scrum Master or Agile certifications (like PSM, CSM) are also valued.
