Deine Aufgaben
- Supervise, organize, and coordinate the manufacture of preclinical trials and clinical investigational medicinal products (IMPs) in development projects, following GMP guidelines
- Lead pharmaceutical transfer projects focused on oral solids like tablets, film-coated tablets, ODTs, capsules, and pellets, in line with all regulations
- Develop suitable formulations and manufacturing processes for new and generic drugs, considering pharmaceutical knowledge and properties of ingredients
- Organize development activities with other departments; work closely with Lab Operators, Project Management, QA/QC, Production, and MS&T
- Create manufacturing documents, including sampling instructions and in-process controls, to ensure proper production of medicines under development
- Monitor experiments such as process development and new formulation techniques, and ensure scientific interpretation of complex data
Was du mitbringst
- Degree in pharmacy and/or technology
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical technology, process requirements, and product development, including Tech Transfers / MS&T
- Experience with solid dosage forms in a GMP-regulated environment is a plus
- Understanding of pharmaceutical excipients, regulations, and pharmacopoeia (European/United States/Japanese) and other relevant rules
- Deep knowledge of regulations like ICH guidelines, AMWHV, EU-GMP, EMA, and FDA guidelines
- Solution-oriented and analytical thinking
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative mindset
- Systematic, structured, and careful working style; open to new ideas
- Excellent communication in German (native level) and English
- Strong teamwork skills
