You help create the next generation of turbocharging products for Medium Speed, Low Speed, and Rail. You make sure these products are innovative, reliable, and sustainable, bringing the most value to customers. You work with different teams and people from many backgrounds in a cross-functional environment in Baden, Switzerland.

• Develop products that meet and exceed customer needs while keeping them safe and reliable
• Lead or work together in product development projects with different teams
• Manage requests from customers and internal teams and turn them into product solutions
• Define and coordinate work for product and component testing, simulation, and material checks, and support partners during their work
• Make sure products meet all rules and standards
• Use your technical knowledge to help colleagues and other teams
• Work with internal teams, other R&D groups, and outside partners like customers or universities
• Make sure product documents are clear and up-to-date for everyone who needs them
• Suggest and drive ways to improve work processes for better and faster results

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably a Master degree or similar
• At least 2 years of experience in a related industry
• Strong knowledge of modern development methods
• Good project management and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team and in a dynamic environment
• Work independently, stay organized, and show dedication
• Good analytical skills and creative thinking for new solutions
• Can work well in international and cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
